Feature Details
Explore what each capability does and why it matters for your intelligence needs.
Sentinel monitors hundreds of public Telegram channels across the MENA region using a passive listener architecture. Narratives break on Telegram 6-24 hours before they appear in traditional media. Track the full journey from first mention to mainstream coverage.
Why it matters
No competitor monitors Arabic Telegram channels with LLM-native narrative intelligence.
Available on
Sentinel monitors X / Twitter in real-time. Entity keywords are tracked across Arabic, English, and French - every matching post lands in the platform within seconds of publication, with engagement metrics (likes, retweets, impressions), amplification-chain detection, and cross-layer linking to news and Telegram narratives. Especially critical for Saudi Arabia where X dominates public discourse.
Why it matters
No competitor connects X + Telegram + News into a unified LLM-native narrative intelligence layer.
Available on
A centralized command center for all your media coverage. Filter by entity, outlet, language, date range, sentiment, and mention prominence. Includes timeline charts, geographic breakdowns, and outlet distribution - all updating on a 15-minute cycle.
Why it matters
Flat editorial UI with live 15-minute refresh and cross-language unified view.
Available on
Sentinel builds and maintains a canonical profile for every entity you monitor - names, titles, affiliations, public bios, official URLs, social handles, and key facts - sourced from Wikipedia, Wikidata, Google Knowledge Graph, and verified web sources. The profile sharpens NLP precision, anchors hallucination checks on AI answers, and gives your team a single source of truth on who the entity actually is.
Why it matters
The same canonical record drives entity matching, hallucination detection, and reputation gap analysis. No other MENA tool ships with this.
Available on
Each week, Sentinel captures page 1 of Google and Bing for every entity across English, Arabic, and French. You see the exact ranks, titles, and snippets that decision-makers will read first, plus a reputational gap analysis (missing official site, hostile articles ranking, broken canonical URLs). The data drops directly into SEO and ORM playbooks.
Why it matters
Most monitoring tools ignore search entirely. Sentinel brings SEO and ORM into the same workspace as narrative intelligence.
Available on
Sentinel queries ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini each week with consistent prompts about every entity. The platform stores the full answers, extracts the claims, flags hallucinations against your canonical profile, and surfaces a Co-pilot draft button for each reputation gap (authoritative bio, structured data, Wikipedia edit, press correction). This is GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) at the platform level.
Why it matters
First MENA platform to monitor AI answer engines and convert reputation gaps into ready-to-publish drafts.
Available on
Unlike keyword-based tools, Sentinel analyzes full article context using LLMs to detect true sentiment - including sarcasm, hedging, and mixed opinions - across Arabic (MSA + major dialects: Egyptian, Gulf, Levantine), English, and French.
Why it matters
LLM-native full-article context analysis, not sentence-level classifiers.
Available on
Pre-LLM tools analyze sentiment sentence by sentence, missing sarcasm that only becomes apparent in context. Sentinel uses full-article LLM analysis to detect sarcasm, irony, backhanded compliments, and hedged criticism - especially critical for Arabic media where sarcasm patterns differ from English.
Why it matters
Full-article context means sarcasm is caught, not just flagged by keyword heuristics.
Available on
Not all Arabic media is the same. The dialectal sentiment map breaks down sentiment by regional dialect - Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine, and Maghrebi - showing how perception of your entity differs across the Arab world. Uses AraBERT preprocessing with alef normalization and diacritics handling for each dialect.
Why it matters
Regional dialect-aware sentiment, not one-size-fits-all Arabic analysis.
Available on
Set threshold-based alerts for coverage volume spikes, sudden sentiment shifts, new narrative emergence, or specific keyword mentions. Alerts are delivered via email and in-app notification center. Configure severity levels, quiet hours, and per-entity rules.
Why it matters
Alert on narrative-level events (new narrative detected, arc phase change), not just keyword mentions.
Available on
For time-sensitive situations, receive critical alerts via WhatsApp (primary channel) with SMS fallback. Ideal for crisis detection, major sentiment shifts, or high-priority coverage spikes. Configurable per alert rule - choose which alerts warrant SMS delivery vs. email-only.
Why it matters
WhatsApp-first delivery with SMS fallback ensures alerts reach you even offline.
Available on
Automated weekly reports summarizing coverage trends, sentiment shifts, top narratives, and key metrics per entity. AI-generated with source citations - not templated summaries. Available as white-label branded PDFs with your logo and colors, ready to forward to clients or stakeholders.
Why it matters
AI-generated narrative summaries with source citations, not just charts and numbers.
Available on
AI-generated executive intelligence briefings powered by RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Each briefing synthesizes coverage trends, emerging narratives, sentiment shifts, and key events - with source citations linking to original articles. Generated in your UI language preference (English, Arabic, or French), delivered on your schedule (daily, weekly, or on-demand).
Why it matters
RAG-powered synthesis with source citations - executive intelligence, not data summaries.
Available on
Google Trends data overlays on your coverage timeline charts, showing how public search interest correlates with media coverage. When a coverage spike is detected, Sentinel checks if Google Trends also shows elevated interest - adding a confidence signal to spike attribution.
Why it matters
Automated spike confidence validation via Google search interest correlation.
Available on
When coverage exceeds 2x the rolling average, Sentinel's LLM analyzes the spike window to identify: the trigger event that started it, the origin source (first-mover article), the narrative thread connecting articles, and related entities involved. Spike markers appear on timeline charts with clickable analysis cards.
Why it matters
LLM-powered causal analysis - identifies why a spike happened, not just that it happened.
Available on
Compare any 2+ entities within your tenant's cap side-by-side. Comparison View shows share of voice (who's getting more coverage), sentiment overlay (who's perceived more positively), narrative overlap (are they mentioned in the same stories), and outlet overlap (which outlets cover both). Essential for competitive benchmarking and campaign measurement.
Why it matters
Narrative-level comparison - not just volume and sentiment, but story overlap and framing.
Available on
Identifies which media outlets consistently lean positive, negative, or neutral on your entity. Goes beyond simple sentiment averages - Sentinel's LLM analyzes framing, word choice, and headline tone to map outlet-level bias, so you know which outlets shape your coverage and how.
Why it matters
Framing-level bias mapping - understand how each outlet frames you, not just whether coverage is positive or negative.
Available on
Sentinel detects distinct narratives in your coverage and tracks them through lifecycle phases: emergence (story first appears), growth (gaining traction), peak (maximum coverage), decay (fading), and resurgence (re-emerging). Each narrative is labeled, assigned a phase, and linked across Arabic, English, and French coverage via multilingual embeddings.
Why it matters
Automatic lifecycle phase detection - know where every narrative stands, not just that it exists.
Available on
Tracks the momentum of each narrative: velocity (how fast coverage is moving) and acceleration (whether it's speeding up or fading). Tells you whether a story is building or losing steam right now, with a natural-language read on what's driving the shift. Shown as momentum indicators on narrative cards.
Why it matters
Momentum, not a forecast - know whether a story is building or fading as it happens.
Available on
Traces how a story spread: who published it first (the origin), who amplified it, and who reframed it with a different angle. Surfaced inline on each narrative so you can see your most influential coverage drivers and how a story propagated across MENA media.
Why it matters
Origin and amplification, surfaced inline - trace exactly how a narrative spread.
Available on
When a crisis hits, activate the War Room for real-time monitoring with a 2-minute processing cycle (vs. the standard 15-minute pipeline). Dedicated live article feed with real-time sentiment tracking, narrative evolution, and multi-channel alert escalation. Track coverage to the nearest minute. Auto-generates post-crisis summary reports.
Why it matters
2-minute processing cycle - real-time crisis intelligence, not batched updates.
Available on
Integrate Sentinel alerts and intelligence directly into your workflows. Push notifications to Slack channels for team-wide visibility, or use webhooks to connect to any system - CRM, project management, custom dashboards, or internal tools. Configure which alert types and severity levels trigger each integration.
Why it matters
Narrative-aware alerts in your existing tools - not just keyword pings.
