Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Sentinel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Sentinel on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Sentinel provides media monitoring, narrative intelligence, and analysis services for the MENA region. Services include trilingual news media monitoring, monitoring of publicly accessible Telegram channels and public X/Twitter posts, sentiment analysis, narrative tracking, reporting, and alerting as described in your subscription plan.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Sentinel operates on a subscription basis. Pricing, features, and consumption caps are determined by your selected tier. Sentinel may offer a 7-day pilot period for evaluation at no cost. Pilot accounts are limited to one monitored entity by default, which may be adjusted by Sentinel at its discretion. Invoicing is handled manually by your account manager. Overages beyond tier caps are charged at published per-unit rates.

You may use Sentinel only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform. You may not use the platform to infringe on intellectual property rights or violate any applicable law.

Sentinel and all associated technology, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Digital ITS. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. For Enterprise+ tier clients, a Data Processing Agreement is available upon request.

Sentinel is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a subscription with 30 days written notice. We may suspend access immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
